The Homestead at Milton
A new community of 32 estate lots – each between 3.04 and 10.33 acres – on 172.8 total acres off Hopewell Road. This subdivision is called The Homestead at Milton
Claxton Subdivision
A 17.27 acre site at 15070 Hopewell Road which will contain 12 single-family homes.
Deerfield Dentistry
A 2-story, 8147 SF building for Dental Office and Tenant Space. Dental office will occupy ground floor and 2nd floor. Tenant Space will occupy ground floor.
Town Center East
A mixed-use development in Crabapple along Mayfield Road. A recently constructed four-story building contains a mix of retail, office, and commercial business uses while the proposed second building will comprise of additional mixed use spaces.
Market District Crabapple
A collection of eight buildings, featuring a mixed use assortment of restaurant, office, retail, and residential spaces. As of Spring 2022, Buildings 1 and 2 are completed while Buildings 3 and 4 are currently under construction.
Milton Pointe at Broadwell
A new mixed-use development at the southern part of the Crabapple District. Milton Pointe at Broadwell will be home to a mix of condominiums, restaurants and retail, including a fitness studio.
Birmingham Crossroads Office Building
A new medical office building at the corner of Birmingham Highway and Birmingham Road.
Heatherton Subdivision
A new neighborhood, named Heatherton, contains 21 single family lots on 33.99 total acres off of Mayfield Road.
Little River Estates
15 single-family lots spread across 27.49 acres at 1040 Taylor Road (near Little River Farms) in a neighborhood named Little River Estates.
Deerhaven Preserve
The planned Deerhaven Preserve subdivision off Freemanville Road will be a private, gated neighborhood consisting of nine properties spread across 25 acres. This development sets aside 2.84 acres as a conservation area.
Day Care Facility
A 6,342 square foot child care facility along Webb Road. This building will hold 7 classrooms, indoor and outdoor play areas, a commercial kitchen for food preparation and administrative offices.
Crossroads at Birmingham
A new development which will be home to 35 single family homes with ample greenspace and access to future commercial development nearby.
Whisper Woods
A new residential development featuring 5 new single family homes on over 11 acres at the corner of New Providence Road and Birmingham Highway.
Providence Pointe
A new residential development featuring 5 single family homes on 6.56 acres.
Millstone Parc
Millstone Parc is a new development of 9 Stacked Flats, or Duplexes, on 1.401 acres at the corner of Webb Road and Deerfield Parkway.
Manor Estates
Manor Estates is a large lot subdivision featuring 6 residential lots. These lots range from 3.05 acres to 3.70 acres in size and are located off of Longstreet Road in northeast Milton.
Henderson Mixed-Use Development
A new mixed use development in the Deerfield Area with retail/commercial tenants on the first floor and office space above on the second floor.
Chadwick Village
A new mixed-use development along Arnold Mill Road which will include a gas station with an associated convenience store as well as tenant spaces.
Crescent Ridge
A gated subdivision along Hopewell Road consisting of 11 single family lots on 9.045 acres.
Thompson Estates
A residential development of 7 single family homesites on 23.119 acres
The Ridge at Sweet Apple
A new residential subdivision located in southwest Milton off the west side of Ebenezer Road. The development will hold 19 single-family homes on 25.3 undeveloped acres.
Lyndon Creek
A new residential subdivision along Cogburn Road. The development will contain 11 single-family lots across 14 acres.
Thompson Oaks
A new residential development along Thompson Road, adjacent to the new Fire Station 42. This proposed development will contain 16 single-family residential lots on 20.52 acres.
Stone House Tap
Adaptive reuse of the Crabapple Stone House into a new restaurant along Crabapple Road in the Crabapple area of Milton.
Echo at Crabapple
A new residential development on 4.88 acres along Crabapple Road. Echo development will feature 23 single-family homes. The development proposed two civic spaces, one common area, and inter-parcel connectivity to the Crabapple Crossroads neighborhood.
Travers Glen
Located in the northeastern part of the City, adjacent to both Forsyth and Cherokee Counties, this new development is proposed to be home to 30 single-family detached homes on 45.46 acres. Minimum lot size will be 1 acre.
Milton Towns
A new development of 14 single-family townhomes in the Crabapple Area off of Branyan Trail. This collection of townhomes will front on a communal green with connectivity to both the Crabapple Market mixed use development and neighboring Crabapple Crossroads.
Braeburn Townhomes
9 new single-family townhomes located along Heritage Walk in the Crabapple Area. Six of the units front along Heritage Walk and three of the units front along a private drive.
Oaks at Francis
Formerly known as Old Field, this parcel will be a new residential development along Francis Road. The development sits on 10.2 acres and will contain 7 new residential lots, all larger than 1 acre.
