Atlanta Dogwood Festival | April 14- 16th
The annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the spring season. Taking place in Piedmont Park, this festival is a celebration of the blooming of the dogwood trees in Atlanta. There will be live music, arts and crafts, an assortment of food vendors, as well as a Mimosa 5K run. It’s the perfect spot to bring the little ones, as the “Kids Corner" is filled with tons of activities to keep them entertained. Alpharetta Wine Festival | April 16th
Come connect with fellow wine enthusiasts and enjoy sampling a variety of decadent wines. This annual event celebrates the art of winemaking and features live music, food vendors, and an array of various attractions. Lemonade Days Festival (Brooke Run Park, Dunwoody) | April 19th-23rd
Come celebrate the start of spring at one of the largest events in the Dunwoody area. This event features a variety of activities including carnival rides, live entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, and of course, plenty of refreshing lemonade! In addition to the food and entertainment, Lemonade Days also features a number of community-focused events and activities, such as their “Idol” musical competition taking place on Saturday night. Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes | April 29th-30th
Come to one of Georgia’s oldest and most scenic neighborhoods and enjoy festive music, kids activities, a marvelous street parade, and a vibrant artists' market. The coolest part, in my opinion, is the Tour of Homes- a self-conducted tour of beautiful homes and buildings in Inman Park. Georgia State Fair | April 28- May 7
Located at the Atlanta Motors Speedway, the Georgia State Fair promises a variety of exciting carnival rides, live music and shows, and of course all your favorite fair food (I’ll be there for the fried dough!) Click Here for ticket info and scheduling.
Georgia Craft Brewers Festival | April 29th
This one’s for the beer enthusiasts! The Georgia Craft Brewers Festival features over 100 beers from more than 40 breweries across the state, making it an excellent opportunity for attendees to taste a diverse range of local beers. Roswell Spring Arts and Crafts Festival | May 6th & 7th
The Roswell Spring Arts and Crafts Festival is a great way to kick off the summer season. This festival features more than 100 artisans from all over the Southeast. You can expect to see a wide variety of handmade items, including jewelry, pottery, paintings, and magnificent sculptures. Taste of Marietta | April 30th
Another event for the food-lover! Experience the largest and most popular food festival in the state of Georgia located in historic Marietta Square! The festival features over 75 Cobb County restaurants and food vendors, offering a wide variety of cuisine, including Southern, BBQ, Mexican, Italian, and more. Grab the kiddos because musical entertainment will take place all day with fun and games in the Kids Alley, as well as a food judging competition.
